    PERFECTLY appointed; get your staff some HELP!
    Ambiance is incredible. Rooms are perfectly appointed.
    They were short staffed; I held the phone ELEVEN minutes, before hanging up, trying to coordinate checking bags for a late departure from town. This happened numerous times throughout our stay.

    The check in staff were friendly and very accommodating. The bellman was exceptionally nice and helpful. The accommodations were extremely nice and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Our server was Larry and we enjoyed him. The hotel is pricey but we enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again sometime.

    Welcoming stay at a fun western themed high end hotel.
    The valet and front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was with my one year old so they gave us a first floor room and I didnt have to ask. Love the decor. The stocked mini bar is awesome. The signature scent throughout hotel is lovely. We enjoyed food at restaurant 97 West. Would definitely go back.
    Rooms are a little small. Beds are just ok. Thermostat in room kept lighting up all thru night which was disturbing

    The customer service was phenomenal. We were met with a gracious staff that sent multiple text messages to check on us during the first few hours of our stay. We were celebrating our wedding day, after about 4 hours of being in our room room service knocked on the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne. This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.

    nice luxury boutique hotel in stockyards
    the decor, the location, the staff
    there werent enough sun beds and some of them were broken. also, if you get there too late, all the beds in the sun will be taken.
