The restaurant has a great ambiance and the hotel is conveniently located near shops and (Read More)restaurants. The rooftop theater is a must-try. Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel is large and easy to get lost in. A VIP package with valet, dinner, and drinks is recommended. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but one guest had an issue with the alarm clock not being turned off by the cleaning staff. Overall, the hotel and valet staff are praised for their excellent service.

Comfy and right near the action!

Loved the room set up. The view was nice also. ALL of the staff was friendly. The young lady that checked is in was very friendly. All of the valets were very speedy and friendly.

Maybe have a mid priced food option for a casual meal. Our room was cleaned but not disposable cups or ice bin bags were given. Would love a bit larger trash can.

First time visiting Fort Worth , hotel was clean, great location to Sundance square and short 12 drive to stockyards .

The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and Sundance square. The housekeeping was friendly, and always said Hello. Room was clean. Buffet was delicious, but $24 for an adult is pricey. $10 for child is very do able.

Not the most family friendly. We stayed during a busier weekend. No conjoining rooms where available . My husband and I had to split up and stay with our kids in different rooms and they were 8 rooms apart.

Love the place e but shock of knowing someone else had been there was creepy.

Location

Room had half water bottle and pills op6on side table. Bathroom had been used- opened soap packet and used towels. All very shocking considering high price. Was resolved after call to housekeeping but was still creepy.

Relaxing!

Beautiful property. Room was very comfortable. Hotel staff inside were very friendly and welcoming.

Trying to get in to the building was a pain. Understandably it was busy as they hosted an event but the valet was a bit abrasive. Mumbled and could hardly hear him with all the surrounding noise then gave half-assed answers then was annoyed when I changed my mind when I had the rest of the info.

location was great

there were no blankets on the bed and the AC was hit or miss. it would go from super cold to very hot no matter how we set the thermostat. the water pressure and temp was also an issue. terrible water pressure and it took forever to get hot water.
