    Reception staff were very helpful. Our compliments to Hussain who provided directions. The hotel is fairly new and designed well..but rooms were smaller than our expectations
    The bedroom was small.no room to open suitcase

    First of all, their staff was so friendly and supportive especially the receptionist guy who helped us with excellent information and his enthusiasm, we greatly appreciated. Secondly, the facilities, hygiene and furnishing ... All over our expectation. Last thing is its location is opposite the exit of railway station. We stayed one night more than planned

    Very satisfying stay in a central location and value for money accomodation.
    Breakfast was adequate. More cut fruit, variety and choice would improve the breakfast. Museli, granola, would be nice! Choice different bread etc. Dinner was limited but good whatever was served. Service was excellent and staff were friendly.
    The biggest improvement could be made in the bathroom. Need a shower curtain/screen so the spray of water does not go everywhere. The floor area of the shower is quite slippery particularly and quite hazardous.

    Clean and value for money hotel close to the railway station
    Allowing guests to order non-vegetarian food from outside is a thoughtful gesture since the hotel only serves vegetarian fare
    Please provide 1 litre water bottles in the room and a mat outside the bathroom
