    The booking was accepted but not confirmed. Various websites wanted me to make payment. I do not trust an organization that will not give an address or the name of the proprietor or his telephone number. With the number of cyber crimes happening in and around I preferred to wait and watch. If the organization is serious about this message it should send me all the information I require by email, to enable me to take a concerned opinion for my stay at your property.

    in the room, we found a Quran book, kept for Muslim guests, which is fine. We respect the Quran. But what about Hindu scriptures? We won't get the facility being Hindu customers?

    The facilities inside the room were adequate and the housekeeping was quick. The restaurant food was good and efficient. Near the railway station was very crowded but I could not hear the noise outside.

    The staffs in general are very polite and courteous
    The Air Conditioning was not proper (Room 104) , Size of the room also not so comfortable.

    Rooms: Good, neat and clean with toiletaries Food: Property having a Restaurant and large variety of food; Many good restaurants nearby also Parking: Free parking and driver accomodation on nominal cost Loction: Walking distance from Surat Railway Station; Great property to stay in this part of Surat Staff: Very good and on their toes always
    Food: Variety of food but taste is average and suitable for short stay. However for long stay, there are also many nearby restaurants.

    Comfortable stay
    Very close to city center, this property is quite near to railway station. Their in house restaurant is awesome. Lovely food and the free breakfast had lot of options. It was a wide spread of choice. Though it is little over priced but when you will look at breakfast spread, it will be all worth it. Recommended if you want to stay in city for shopping as everything is near by.
