Amazing Stay at Jaipur

Located very near to Jaipur Railway station, only 1.1 KM away. Also near to Sindhi Camp bus stand, buses from Agra to Jaipur ends here. This is only 1.5 KM from the hotel. Our room was 303, it was extremely cosy, had good storage space, one work desk. The bathroom is big and very clean with a curtained shower area. Stuffs are very courteous and quick in responding to our requests. The lobby and the room has a very nice fragrance which added a positive note while we stayed there. The rooftop resturant is nice and the food quality was great.

Nothing much to mention here, but it's a personal note that, being a non veg person, the hotel only serves veg and egg based food. But there are some great restaurants nearby, like Bottles and Chimney (#BC) restaurant at Traditional Haveli. It has somewhat small and open parking spaces, it can fit about 4 cars, and with the fifth car, they won't probably be able to close the gate at night. But there was an empty lot right beside the hotel to park cars, so not necessarily a big problem.

No proper parking facility available. For 30+ rooms only 4-5 cars can be parked, rest all on road parking. Room was just ok types, Different from the pictures. Bathroom taps were broken, hair dryer not working. Towels were not changed next day. No feeling of any palace, not sure why the name has palace in it. It's just a normal average old hotel.

My stay was very good and comfortable as you can commute easily to the city and to the Railway station.

The property offers a cozy comfortable and clean space and it is very near to the Jaipur Railway Station (approx 7-10 mins) so the commute becomes very easy. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. I really like that the property has a ground as well as roof space to just hang and chill.

The services (food, room service) are bit lagged behind. Breakfast is not included and you have to additionally pay for the same which is unsatisfactory as they have a buffet service for breakfast where the food gets over even before the actual end time. The service especially regarding food is slow.

The location is good and staff could understand basic English which we appreciate!

The toilet could be improved. The water was either boiling hot or freezing cold haha. Also found a bedbug on the bed.

They were great in so many ways to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.

We were shafted by Trimrooms Mount Blue after booking there four months in advance only to arrive and then tell us they gave our rooms away to other guests. Hotel HR Palace took us in due to a cancellation. Large rooms, great breakfast - Bupinder and Jhulan really helped and were very friendly as were the other staff. Our son was very ill - yet even after checking out they gave us a temporary room on the first floor for a few hours until we left.
