    A very nice stay!
    The hotel is traditional, well-located and very nice to experience the city vibe, plus you have complimentary deinks and snacks 24-hours. Our room had a cute balcony and a good shower.
    Breakfast could have more hot options, and maybe our room felt small after 4 days.

    A real gem in the Spanish Quarter.
    We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities clean and comfortable. This was our first trip abroad post-covid and we were determined to make Il Convento the destination, having enjoyed staying there in March 2020. We weren't disappointed! Thank you. We look forward to next time.

    Very tasty Italian breakfast, plus excellent caf machine with cookies :). The staff was more then friendly they help us a lot, including suggest to take an umbrella. The old XIX century style matches to climate of the place :). The quality to price ratio is excellent!
    Everything was good, as a suggestion to improve - additional key to parents, if children have a separate room.

    Feels like Sophia Loren lived here - surprised to find I loved it.
    Fantastic staff at the front desk - very helpful & knowledgeable about Naples. Great location for exploring. Loved the lively little neighbourhood- great people watching from our tiny balcony. Also loved having drinks & cakes available 24/7.

    Clean towels every day and room serviced, helpful staff, coffee and pastries available 24 hrs. Good variety at breakfast.

    Excellent location! One of the highlights of our trip was wandering around the surrounding neighborhood. Staff were very helpful in recommending local restaurants, helping us call a taxi, etc. Room was very comfortable.

    Location was great. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful I have got great recommendation for restaurants etc. Breakfast was good they have everything for everyone. Staff was so sweet and brought a full plate of Neapolitan sweets into my room as a gift, i could not eat them but i thought that was so sweet. I had a great time!

    A great hotel choice in Naples
    In the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli. Bars, restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. Breakfast was very good. An hotel full of character. The staff were unfailingly polite, professional and pleasant.
