    Hotel Il Saraceno is a pleasant and quiet bar away from touristy coastal villages. The owner, an authentic Italian woman, speaks English well. Guests hope to return one day. It is considered the best (Read More) hotel in Italy with an amazing host and beautiful location. The cafe serves the best cappuccino in Europe. The hotel is lovely with friendly service, clean older rooms, and a good breakfast.

    Great location, good breakfast, cleanliness and friendly owner.
    Location is good as you have free parking at the hotel and a short drive to the nearest public carpark at Manarola. Highly recommended for visitors with self drive. The rooms are very clean and neat. Great and friendly owner who prepared a great breakfast for us with yummy croissants, juices, yoghurt, hams and a wide variety of eggs such as scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs upon ordered.

    Friendly staff, beautiful town and surrounding areas. Breakfast was above and beyond, very helpful service.
    Not a fan of the bath towels, a new material, thin and awkward when drying. Also not a good hook to hang towel.

    Excellent breakfast made by Antonella herself, she has been very kind and helpful also with information about local's attractions.
    The location is a bit difficult to arrive if you're not by car, but there is a bus service to connect with 5 terre.

    Everything was excellent! Antonella was a wonderful host! The hotel was extremely clean, staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and beds comfortable! The hotel was very well Maintained ! We loved our stay!

    Conveniently located and one of the few properties in the area to offer breakfast.
    Property was conveniently located only 10min bus ride from Manarola and offered free parking for guests. A substantial breakfast was provided.
    Room decor felt a bit dated.

    Nice stay; great staff
    Very convenient location. Staff was great!! Facilities were basic yet clean.
    Not much in your room. No coffee, no tea, no kettle, no corkscrew. The hotel has all that stuff but not in your room. Could use more than two pillows.
