A spacious room with three windows but littel daylight
The hotel is letterly above the transit hub Intermodal Bilbao and a huge parking garage. The hotel even has a direct access till this parking garage. Like the name of the hotel saids, when you enter the hotel, you will be welcomed by a illuminated wall of screens.
The beautifull lady at the incheck is very friendly and patient. A big bonus for her.
We have a very spacious room on the 7 floor. The room has one side with three windows. A double bed and sofa bed and two large TV screens. If you dont use the sofabed, you have a separted seat corner.
Despite the top location, from the fascade you wont find this hotel. There is no sign of hotel on the fascade or in the public area. Only a samll entrance lead you to the hotel.
The spacious room could have a more efficient division of the space. I will put the closet, the table between the double bed and the sofa bed. Then you have a more natural wall between the two spaces. Now you have a iron grid wall betwee the beds. For tabel, chair, water cooker you have to walk to the other side of the room. Since this closet is in the corner of the room, you wont use the closet.
While at the entrance there is no hooks or coat rack to hang up your jackets. You have to bring this to the closet at the other side of the room. A few hooks at the wall will be very usefull!
The fascade of the hotel has been covered by a layer of decoration grid. You have the window, but you wont see much of the square at the front of the hotel. So even during the sunny day you wont have much daylight in the room.
The large bad room has a hightech toilet with automatic washing and blow-dry machine. It is pity that the interior designer has used the wooden floor in the bad room. It is warm, but the wooden floor is bulging by the water coming from the shower. The room for three persons only has two hooks in the badroom. One of the hooks is loose.

Good enough for a city with few attractions
Bilbao was a stopover going to Picos de Europa. This is a fine hotel. Not in the city centre, but close to the transport and has an excellent public parking. I'm this city, you need a parking. Take this one

A modern and convenient hotel for bus/plane travellers
Very modern hotel conveniently located for the airport shuttle which starts off right underneath the hotel.
The hotel is 10min away by tram from the hustle and bustle in downtown Bilbao.
We liked the great shower, comfortable bed, and quiet room.
It was great to have a minibar and tea/coffee in the room.
The interior designer placed the sink in the room next to the bed... Odd!
Since travellers use this hotel as it is very convenient this contributes in creating an impersonal, lifeless atmosphere which is a pity.
Room prices change all the time.

Rooms are fancy
The location is closer to the bus station and stadium but a bit further away from the city center ( a 20 to 30 min walk) but totally enjoyable!
For those who hate walking, the tram and subway stations are very close by.

The breakfast was exceptional. Just get itfast and so fresh. The rooms were amazing, clean and organized. Parking was perfect and cheap compared to the other places weve been.

Pleasant memories of Bilbao
New modern facilities and good location next to San Mams metro, bus and tram stations which made it very easy to move around the city. Good and wide breakfast selection. Car parking in the same building basement ( at a special discounted fee). All staff were good , friendly and helpful. Yes and coffee kettle in the room with a good selection of flavors.
