Fantastic hotel, pricey during the holidays, and avoid it on the weekends when the bar becomes club.
Location was great, hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean/comfy.
I didn't like the bar noise from the rooftop bar and in hallways after midnight that I could hear from my room when trying to sleep. The noise went on until 2am.

Great location, noisy club upstairs
The location is amazing. You are right next to Katz deli. The building is new feeling.
Theres a club above the hotel. Friday and Saturday we couldnt sleep because of the bass reverberation. It also was annoying that if you come back in late, you have to push past club goes to get into the hotel.

Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom, good location for lower Manhattan fun. The room was quiet too.

Staff was very friendly
The noise is rediculouis! There is a night club on the 14th floor and it is open until 4 in the morning and the sound vibrates throughout the entire building.

The hotel is very clean, the room was nice and tidy . The staff is nice and welcoming.
It was SO loud I couldnt sleep the entire night and begged the staff to transfer me to a higher floor but the hotel was fully booked. I advise you not to stay here if youre planning on sleeping.

I would not recommend this hotel for travelers/visitors looking for a peaceful night.
The property was chic and trendy in an excellent location.
The music and noise from the rooftop bar/club was ridiculously loud until 3:00 am - 4:00 am each night of our stay. While we were able to move rooms, the noise was still loud.
