    It was an awesome experience staying at Jaisalkot. The staff and food was perfect.
    The location was awesome. Secluded but with it's own perks. It is out from the city but that makes it easy to travel to various other places without having to commute through the city. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

    Friendly staff, good fitness centre, decent tasting food.
    Cold, dirty and bad value for money. The restaurant was very cold, meaning we had to eat wearing coats. Staff did not replace empty water on the tables or in the rooms. We notice our sheets were visibly dirty, with what looked like lumps of green snot under the pillows. When we explained the situation and asked for the sheets to be changed, only the duvet cover was changed. We had to ask again for the entire bed linen to be replaced. Food was expensive for what it was and the portions.

    It met all my expectations!
    I travelled with my mother and the hotel made all arrangements as requested. The staff was very helpful and they took extra care of my special requests. Since we travelled in the middle of COVID-19 situation, they ensured safety and cleanliness and the hotel was not too busy, which made it even nicer to walk around within the property and sit outside comfortably. The property is beautiful but it is a bit outside the main city. If you have a car to travel around, then it is a perfect place for relaxation and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel.
    The property is not close to the city centre, but that is not a disadvantage if you have your own vehicle.

    Nice ambience with two teenage sons lacking speed on Wi-Fi was not a good experience
    very good laid out property
    the wireless is 2G and at the tariff its quite disappointing. I was also worried that a member of concierge service (luggage porter) looked underage.

    Facilities need renovation!
    The staff are very helpful and courteous.
    The air flow from the air condition unit hits directly on the face as its located right above! This made me sick after the 1st night sleep! The facilities within the rooms need renevotation. Good pest control measures needs tk be in place.

    - Short circuit in the building in the morning of check out meaning all electricity was out and no water was available causing issues.

    Joyously friendly staff
    We have known about Jaisalkot for a while but a little hesitant despite the good reputation because it's a bit far from the city. Then, I decided to hop in during the festive period with friends and love it every bit of it. The personalized service, the joyously friendly staff treating us like old friends, the resort. This is a fun yet peaceful place to be.

    Itching for a gateway? Jaisakiot hotel promises the best vacancy and more. We had a lovely time and definitely got more than our moneys worth. The highlights for me are definitely the gorgeous views and the tasteful meals. Hey! Dont forget to take your camera along if you dont want to miss out on the amazing views.
