    Perfect location close to the city center. Quiet and clean room equipped with everything needed; really comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast served in great atmosphere. Last but not least - wonderful and very helpful staff.

    Quiet central, specious room with great shower
    The room was large and very modern! The staff was very accommodating and gave us excellent recommendations for the places to eat and drink. We were a large group of 8 people and everyone was very impressed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome. We loved Zurich and if we ever come back we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

    Worth the stay, the premium rooms are very comfortable and nice. The staff is super nice. The hotel is right next to the tram stop and is at a very convenient location. It is definitely worth the money.

    The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and the facilities were very clean. The location is quite convenient, you can reach the premises by tram, very easily from the Zurich's Central station.

    Relatively cheap stay near Zurich
    The hotel staff were very professional, no material how hurried I was. The attached restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet, which I reccomend attaching to your booking as it will save you a bit of money in this expensive city. You are given a very nice, sturdy umbrella for your stay, which you may purchase on leaving for 30 CHF. The beds are quite comfortable in winter, though mine only had a comforter. Overall everything was in good service and, quite clean and convenient. It is also directly accessible from the airport; you need only take one train and one tram to get there. Also: the place has an elevator.

    Dinner at the attached restaurant is not nearly as cost effective as breakfast, and I'd suggest the nearby restaurants for cheaper evening fare. The location is both convenient and inconvenient; it's not right in the heart of downtown, so you need to tram into the main station, or walk for half an hour.

    Isabella at reception was amazing and went out her way to assist. She made us feel welcome and immediately at home. Tram outside the entrance and the shops surrounding were very convenient.
