    Very good!
    Everything was perfect. The staff super kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
    At late (around 10pm) we heard something like washing machine or dryer machine, was a little annoying because we took I lille longer to fell as sleep, we were very tired. But we not sure if was in the hotel or outside the hotel.

    It was clean
    Check-in felt more like talking to an immigration officer where I have to be glad to be let in. Not necessarily rude, but unwelcoming with zero friendliness. Hotel wanted to charge CHF 30 in addition for a checkin 90 Minutes ahead of time even though room was ready. So we were sitting around waiting for time to pass. Room was ridiculously hot. Even after turning the heater off it hardly cooled down. The moment the window got closed the room was hot again. Very difficult to sleep like that.

    Excellent value for money, comfortable, clean, near the city centre. Would recommend!
    The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was excellent throughout our whole stay at the hotel; getting more toiletries was never a problem. Every morning there was a vast selection of foods at the breakfast buffet. On the day of our check-out we were a couple of minutes too early and the staff allowed us to start our breakfast early, for which we are really thankful. The hotel also offers free gym/fitness entrance; the equipment is fully functioning and the whole area is clean and in order. The hotel is easily accessable by foot (20-minute walking distance from the central train station) or by the tram train (the nearest tram station is 2-minutes away, by foot). We would like to thank the receptionist Ilaria, for her kindness and professionality.

    We didn't like the rather loud comments the kitchen personnel had about us guests and the breakfast area could have been a bit bigger. We were surprised that an earlier check-in is chargable (in our case it would have been 60 CHF).

    Parking garage was hard to find and gate intercom didn't work. We had to go to the lobby and request to a staff member to check it out in person and fix it. One more suggestion is to add more shampoo/conditioner to the bathroom
