    Good for one night stays
    Proximity to restaurants and other places of interest. The security guard was very helpful in helping with car parking for hotel residents. Breakfast was good...
    The room was not clean,I was given a room which was not even cleaned after the previous check out. I had reached at 3pm which is like 3 hours after the normal checkout time. Even after cleaning they gave one towel for two occupants and the toiletries were too little and I had to follow up to ask for towels.

    Just close to the temple for attending a wedding
    Our stay at this property was a nightmare literally, We reached the property around 1;00AM completely tired from travel, The night shift employee demanded we produce our Aadhaar at 1;00AM, He started arguing its the hotel policy to collect Aadhaar, I produced my government photo ID Pan Card which has my photo and name however the employee was not ready to accept it, He didn't provide a room key for almost an hour and kept arguing with me, We didn't travel all the way from Bangalore till Mangalore to argue with a nightshift employee at Kudro Destinn, Neither was I informed on booking.com to carry my Aadhaar card to stay at the property, Eventually we got the room after much argument, Come morning there was no hot water, While checking out the next day at around 12:00PM they again insisted on getting our Aadhaar or not closing the bill, The day shift manager was also summoned who insisted we produce Aadhaar, I was extremely tired annoyed irritated and frustrated at their behavior, I firmly told them I would walk out without paying if they do not close the bill, I paid through cash they even collected 200+ extra from me pointing out booking.com payment, I was a horrible experience, Zero for customer service/ satisfaction, When there is no government mandate or law to carry the Aadhaar Card every where why harass customers, I Do not recommend this place unless you are desperate and you got no other option, Please carry your Aadhaar card who knows they may be distributing free PDS or Discount based on Aadhaar authentication.

    Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Location is good. Maybe not the best suburbs of the town but anyway I met only nice and good people in neighbourhood.
    Since I paid for a room with AC so I also expect that AC is working. That worked in one of the three days I was there, and within complains about that I found myself in contact with stuff member who only gave me lousy explaining and lies about that why I can't get an another room with working AC. That was a thing which gave a bad taste for my stay at that hotel.

    Inspite of booking, rooms were not same as booked. Smoking smell in room, unclean rooms alloted with used toileteries. Staff arrogant attitude and asking us to adjust. Room has not a little ventilation.
