Extremely clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, they let you store the luggage before check in and after check out. They even have a fully equipped bathroom for guests to use before and after stay. The rooftop bar has stunning views and can't be missed. Overall we loved it and will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again.
The location was great! Its in the heart of Alicante. I did not expect to have amazing views of the Basilica Santa Maria and Santa Barbara Castle right from the balcony. The room was clean. Theres a little fridge and a kettle provided. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast at the rooftop was the best! Its overlooking the castle. We only paid 15 euros for 2 people and the food was tasty with many choices. The staff from the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives!
