This was rated as a four star hotel yet there was no mini refrigerator in the room much less stocked minibar or snacks. Room service was provided via the restaurant next door but a number of options werent available via room service. My tea from room service me arrived in paper cup instead of its own teapot. The QR room service code left in my room was for another room so my good arrived cold when the server found the right room. They should provide directions for heat since there were a variety of panels for temperature in the room as nd one was not the main control.
ZERO view of anything but buildings and other peoples windows in your face unless you rent very top floors
Definitely not the type of experience I am accustomed to or expected for the price. I do typically stay right by Central Park, and didnt expect a Park Lane or EssexHouse experience but at least amenities hound in a generic chain like Grand Hyatt or Lowes.
My room was sizable as I booked a delux king but not what I was hoping for at all.
