My stay was fine. I particularly liked the hotels location and proximity to the park,
My stay was fine. The staff were helpful, and the hotel's location was hard to beat. I did not eat in the hotel, nor did I use any of the services.
The rates were a little high for what was offered.

A very pleasant stay, would like to come back
Very warm rooms (used tghe AC as the heater) which was great because it was cold outside, great breakfast, tea kettle with a good tea selection in the room, wonderful location (went on foot to the city center), very clean, friendly staff, historical hotel
We went downstairs to use the internet because the WI-Fi connection in our room was not stable at all. Seems like other guests had the same problem too, as many of us were on our phones in the hall in the evening.

Spending Christmas with my partner in a cozy room near the center of Milan, featuring ensuite Turkish bath and a small gym close to the room
The lobby's decor could use improvement, and a sign in the bathroom explaining how the Turkish bath operates would be beneficial.

Overall, the hotel was amazing and the staff was superb. I will look for this hotel every time in Milan.
The view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and they provide slippers. Also had very big selection for minibar.
The television did not have Bluetooth or Roku capabilities. The bathroom lighting above the sink was not very bright made it difficult to shave. it would be nice to have a light below the TV for writing out documents
