    The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. I also really appreciated the access to the business center during my stay. I was able to get some work done. The hotel is located near a bus stop (1&25). It is easy to get anywhere in Geneva from this bus stop. I would gladly stay again.

    lift is really small, my claustrophobic husband did have an issue, but lovely hotel for family
    breakfast was adequate and they always coming back to refill and always doing with a smile. ample parking space at a small cost but just besides the hotel itself. we could walk , location also was good. room well cleaned and decorated for our anniversary with fruit bowl. amenities , bed all super comfy and well placed. the asian staff who helped me carry the suitcases from the lift, to my room without asking, thank you. staff were extremely polite except for the man in the reception who seems angry most of the time.
    i think it was that gentleman there, very rude and he charged some 10 swiss francs for a dental kit which was reversed by a very polite staff( the one with short hair, speaks fluent english and smiles with here eyes) forgot her name. lift is super tiny .

    Highly recommend, great place to stay when visiting Geneva.
    All amenities that i used were really well appointed. Loved the atmosphere of the living area and the bar / dining area was clean and comfortable. A great place to meet for friends or work colleagues and for a quick drink or a coffee.
    A bit more room in the closet would have been nicer. However, i did fine with what was there. If there had been two of us in the room, however, it might have been a bit small (especially for Americans).

    Nice room, nice hotel in general and sits right on a bus route.
    No evening food available but that didn't matter as there's a brilliant Lebanese restaurant just a short walk away. Under cover parking a bonus
