    The location is unbeatable, just in the heart of Old Geneva. The restaurant is not reachable from the hotel (in the same building) but is indeed exceptional (both the food and service). Great lighting in the room, contrary to many other places in Europe. The front desk staff is very pleasant and willing to help.
    The communication was not great, although admittedly, I may have misunderstood that on the last night of L'Escalade festivities, there was ABSOLUTELY no option to reach the hotel by car. Also, for our first time in Geneva, almost the smallest room in the hotel overlooking a wall and all kitchen fumes coming in, was not the best deal for the money paid.

    Great Stay. Will come back agaib
    Great hotel. Lovely rooms, nice and cosy and great staff. The breakfast was ok, I am tricky as I am gluten free so there wasnt a lot of choice for continental breakfast but the food was good and I really enjoyed everything about the hotel.

    The location is perfect and the restaurant was amazing. Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and cozy. Perfect location to spend a few days in Geneva.

    High end boutique hotel in the old town of Geneva. Classy, without being snobbish and an absolute superb hotel-restaurant just around the corner. Great service so definitely coming back.

    Very enjoyable stay and loved the history in this area
    We loved the location and easy walking to most places The hotel was well appointed and enjoyed the sitting room with the quite space The restaurant was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed the whole atmosphere
