Great.

Everything went well. The room was clean. Only thing, they did not allow me to place an extra bed. The counter staff Mr Dean.....hopefully i got his name spelling correct; He was really excellent. Dean was so helpful and providing us all the information to move around. At one time we were late to catch a bus to Toronto. He was so quick to arrange a taxi to bring us there to the boarding point. We felt so comfortable at Hotel Monville because of him. He is certainly a great hire by Hotel Monville.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice but well overpriced. The housekeeping staff were kind and friendly.

We were charged for three people in a suite but no third bed was provided. The front desk staff were rude each time we spoke with them.

My favourite hotel in Montreal

I love the design and how modern it is. Very unique and comfy experience. Our room was small but the space was used in the most efficient way i was really impressed!

Had a nice stay

The location was great, the room was spacious enough considering we chose the standard room. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, liked the self check-in kiosks and overall our experience was great.

I would just like to have water bottles available in our room, you had to order water by calling to the lobby.
