    Excellent stay. Would stay at this hotel again.
    A small kitchen with a separator, a spacious storage space. Location is great!
    The staff knocked on door mistakenly a couple of times.

    The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable
    I was a little disappointed that the bar was not separate from the restaurant and also both were closed between lunch and dinner, and also closed quite early at night.

    Location is ideal for multiple points of interest and accessibility to metro. Staff is courteous & helpful. Quaint Canadian-feel, clean accommodation.
    Double doors that would delay opening into lobby & out.

    Was comfortable and clean, which is essential and basic.
    Comfortable and very close to everything downtown. Clean.
    I was under the impression we asked for a full kitchen, big fridge, etc. We didn't get the full kitchen, and the mini fridge was close to being useless. When I did complain about it (on the phone in the room, and in person) I was told that there was no bigger fridges in the hotel. However when I went to my brother's room (we were 3 parties meeting for the first time in years), he had a big fridge. Magic I assume.

    Great place to stay - we'll come again!
    We enjoyed staying at the Cantlie. Our room was was great - with a view of the mountain. The bed was comfortable and it's close to many of the places we wanted to visit. We also enjoy the small kitchenette in the room. We really liked the shower and the water pressure was excellent
    The only thing we hated was the toilet - can I put that in a review? It really needs to be replaced. It was stained, too low and the water level was too high. Altogether, a bad combination.
