Never going back here and neither should you!

The daily breakfast was good and cleaning staff did a good job.

Firstly, the staff asked me to not pay anything to Booking.com and said that the reservation was confirmed. I could ignore all reminders for paying a deposit, but I would have to pay upon arrival at the hotel. They charged me the exact amount that showed on Booking.com although they didn't pay Booking.com their share. The hotel was unnecessarily over priced. While taking a shower, the water would come flowing right out of the bath area into the rest of the washroom and at one point there was a puddle of water inside the room. We had 3 rooms and all rooms had the same issue. The hotel is not at all what the pictures show. When we complained to the manager about all these issues, all he did was stare at us- there was not even the basic courtesy of apologizing for the issues we were facing.

Very enjoyable stay - happy to recommend it to anyone h=who can climb a few stairs

Had the feel of traditional Hotel. Lots of quiet courtyards dotted about. Our room had high ceilings, was spacious and overlooked a semi private courtyard shared by a couple of other rooms Excellent swimming pool Friendly staff who were experienced and attentive

Great stay in a spacious old-world hotel.

I enjoyed my stay, the onsite Indian restaurant was excellent. Pool area is good and breakfast was good too. My room was large with a shared balcony, separate dressing room and ensuite bathroom. I had a fabulous massage in the lovely spa on site. My room had a fridge which was great.

My room was sparsely furnished but comfortable. Could have done with a top sheet on the bed and nicer soft furnishings. The armchair was really ugly...room appeared sort of unfinished.

Disappointing

Pool and hotel grounds were lovely. The setting was very nice as well. Old building was very traditional.

My room was very small and did not have a large double bed that I had paid for. The rooms and surrounding building need a refurbishment. We ate at the hotel on the first night and the food was terrible, we had to send it back as it was awful. They did not charge for the food. Breakfast was also very average. The rooms are very overpriced. 50 a night cheaper would be about right for this property.

Accused wrongly for not paying the bill for two coffees and treated as thieves.

We were accused for not paying the bill for coffee (very little amount comparing to paying 13 000 rs for a night), which we did pay in fact. We were treated as thieves while checking out the hotel.

I will stay at this Hotel again. It was a very special place.

The room was absolutely perfect. Huge for 2 people to share, it had everything that you needed and felt very luxurious. Highly recommend the Kyota suite.

The stylish facade, the building in general. Breakfasts were nice and staff great. The palladium bar is quite chic
