    Humble hotel for short staying. If you want to be comfortable and good attention with breakfast included this hotel is n
    The only good thing was a woman on staff she solved our problems. At least the beds were comfortable.
    The air conditioner didnt work. The staff was absent and no attention was given. The booking through the app didnt work so I needed to pay again in the reception because no payment was charged and that is not was is posted in the announcement.

    Nice affordable hotel
    Very affordable and comfortable. Not too far off in the Estado so you can easily access other areas. Quiet and clean. Nice staff.
    Nothing stuck out as particularly bad. The area itself is kinda far out, but it's great if you're trying to visit the immediate area.

    My room was one of the most expensive, with a whirlpool tub. There were many maintenance issues, for example: Both sinks were not draining correctly; the right one could not be used at all. The shower head was malfunctioning due to excessive calcium/sediment deposits. The toilet was loose and rocking. The TV in the bedroom did not work because it was not connected properly. The blinds above the tub could not be used because the remote control was missing. The light fixtures above the tub did not work. There were no instructions for the safe in the room.

    Excellent value, clean and well kept. We had an upgraded room. Great restaurant on site. Friendly and professional staff.

    Good hotel with good service with a good value for money.
    Nice hotel with nice staff willing to help you. This means good service. The room has good space, good bed and it is clean. And internet works without problems. The free parking place helps a lot, and you can count on parking service. It is a good value for money and I recommend for those who needs a hotel around the Satelite region in Mexico City.
    Restaurant. The quality of the food could be much better. But, there is a big shopping mall nearby, full of good restaurants.
