Charming boutique hotel in the center of Florence

Fantastic location, generous breakfast, comfortable lobby, very convenient parking arrangement and 24/7 access to fridge with water. Finally the staff was always available and helpful, doing the extra mile to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Room was quite small and the bathroom alike, while it had an issue with water temperature mixing, being either cold or hot. The toiletries were very basic and overall the shower could be renovated and upgraded.

It was wonderful. Breakfast is amazing

LOVED the breakfast and hotel decor.

There was an odd smell in the hotel and the room but we opened the windows to air it out. Couldnt do anything about the rest of the hotel though.

Good hotel in the heart of Florence

The location is excellent! 10 min walking to the central train station and 10-15 min walking to all major attractions. The hotel is cozy and family-style. Tea, coffee, water, and juice are provided 24/7 for free.

The bathroom was not very clean. Also, rooms need more thorough cleaning. The staff is helpful but not warm or welcoming, which is a little bit unusual for us Americans, but it is ok ;)

an ok stay

excellent location . bed is comfortable, shower facilities are good

stay there on and off for a week and everyday the breakfast is the same without any variation. the ventilation virtually does not exist and is so stuffy and no ventilation at toilet at all
