Great location next to the temporary ice-skating rink.
The location was fantastic. Perfect for what we wanted to do.
I found it very expensive for what it was. It felt like a large Premier Inn. Had no character. I spent 220 e a night. It felt like a lot for what we got. Room was largish but had no character. In fact the whole place lacked any kind of atmosphere.
The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. Meaning when you had a shower all the condensation had to be let into the bedroom. Not good enough for that money.
On arrival there were two teabags and a sachet of Nescaf, it was never replenished.
Food was ok. Waiting staff were friendly.

We like everything! The staff in the buffet and the Oasis bar was helpful , they made we feel very welcome! Its a very clean hotel. We feel very welcome from the reception team! It's amazing place to stay! It's very presentable hotel !

No cups for coffee in room. Had to ask!
One of breakfast staff, tall African man with dreadlocks,, was v v rude to us. So Aggressive. We were both very upset.
We requested a double bed but were given singles. It was a very annoying start.

Love the attention to detail. Food quality & choice very good. Comfortable. Staff pleasant
The Soap in bathroom, had a horrible earthy smell, which we didn't like. Also later we had smell of stagnant water. Another chair in bedroom would be good. Could do with more hooks or shelving in bathroom. (In fact we take our own over the door hanger). Can't use disabled lift without key. Awkward to carry items up & down stairs.

It was really nice to spend our holiday here. Great facilities and convenient location
The hotel was really nice and modern. Large selection for breakfast buffet and the location was really convenient to the beach, old town and new town. The staffs were really friendly and the rooms were really comfortable.

It was 100% what I needed and I cant wait to come back
Amazing hotel. So clean and impeccably high standards. Breakfast was delicious plenty of variety. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff that we engaged with were incredible.
The roof top terrace is absolutely amazing. The views of the ocean one side and the mountains the other were just beautiful. Location is ideal between old and new town. Perfect
This would be my first choice to stay again when I come back.
