Superb

The hotel service was excellent. The staff were willing to help anytime. We ordered a late night dinner and coffee, which was served promptly. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room came with a walk -in wardrobe space, wall mirror, a partitioned shower area and dry area with a hair dryer and all necessary supplies. The room heater was my favorite bit in the December weather.

The kettle used by previous guests was not replaced.

We had an AMAZING stay - we arrived to delhi with another hotel booking that we have been scammed (be careful on this) and we were really desperate to find another hotel and HOTEL RITZ met our expectations. The staff were super helpful and lovely, the room was amazing. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will repeat if we come back.

My stay was awesome

The team is so welcoming, they are always ready to help with guest requests . We really liked the hospitality. The hotel is very clean. The food was delicious, it was served on time and it was hot. The rooms are beautiful and neat. The ambience of the hotel is very nice. Special mentions to Shivam and Rahul who made sure we had a great stay and a flawless checkout

Amazing hotel

The features were excellent. The cleanliness level was also very good, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The wifi connectivity was also good and the arrangement of variety in the breakfast buffet made my dining experience even better. The discreet line of the room allowed one to enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings. My experience at Hotel has been extremely positive and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. They also provide their guest a welcome basket at the time of check-in, which was very attractive.

Very good

The strong point of the hotel is its staff. They were very helpful and nice! We had a very good stay. The rooms are also nice. Not very big but we didn't need more. The food is also very good. I definitely recommend the place.

The location is a bit hard to find the first time and the neighborhood is quite dirty.
