Unhelpful staff, dated, and no atmosphere. The only plus was the fairly central location.

Location is good.

A rather tired looking and old fashioned hotel, the bathroom had a climb in shower over the bath with a plastic shower curtain. The water syrayed onto the surround of the bath and literally ran down all over the bathroom floor! The desk staff were not at all helpful. As our flight was at midnight on the day we left, we asked if we could stay another night - even if it meant moving rooms. We told that the whole hotel was full. Later on I tried to book online and there were plenty of rooms free! It was not made clear, either, how we could leave our cases at the hotel until later. For a little more money, I sincerely wish we had stayed at The Carlton as we did on the first leg of our journey a couple of weeks previously. They were poles apart! We would never stay at this hotel again and would definitely NOT recommend it!

The location was good, we love our rooms were connected . We did not have hotel breakfast as there were plenty of food choices nearby.

The king bed mattress in our room was too soft for my reference.

Overall the stay was pleasant as we were only at the hotel at night to explore Singapore the next day.

The location was amazing. Very close to the MRT(train system). Able to easily go to wherever we needed. Included breakfast which is nice however not much variety and option (repetitive and same food every morning). Whenever there was a problem with our stay or questions about our holiday, they were very ready to provide solution and answers.

When we first arrived the bathroom was a little unkept hair in the bath tub and the outside surface of the toilet was unclean. Eventually had some issues with the internet and brought it up to front desk, but the problem was not resolved.
