    Hotel Ruby is praised for its self-check-in system, comfortable rooms, and lovely breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and has friendly staff. Some guests mention street noise but note that earp (Read More)lugs are provided. The hotel has clean, new bathrooms and parking options. It has a nice ambiance and is within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Despite being a motel, the hotel has done a great job in creating a comfortable and safe place to sleep. The location is excellent for downtown events and the staff is helpful.

    I was very happy at Hotel Ruby, and will book it again in the Spring!
    The bathtub was not designed to relax in comfortably.

    The room was fine - comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming. There was secure parking available.
    Unfortunately we arrived on a Monday night and hardly any restaurants were open - which, of course, was not the fault of the motel.

    Great place to stay. Great location clean friendly staff. Fun, restaurant and bar attached to hotel.
    Great place to stay in downtown Spokane. Hip trendy, cool place very walkable. Ive stayed there twice. Would book this again.

    I liked the location and didnt have a bad time
    I like the location since its right across from the knitting factory
    Hated the parking, the lot is super tiny and while they have overflow parking its in a public lot a block away. The car next to our had a window broken which makes me nervous to park there again.

    Vintage Hotel in the Heart of the Entertainment District Walking Distance to Riverside Park
    Hotel Ruby is in the heart of the entertainment district. I chose this hotel because we needed a hotel close the airport but also wanted to be able to walk to Riverside Park. There is also many restaurants in this area. We came on Sunday evening so not many concerts but still a beautiful night to see the falls. The hotel room is on the small side but the bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet. I appreciate the custom paintings and visual appeal. Bathrooms are updated with nice amenities.
    Unfortunately, the bar was closed on Sunday. :( Parking was a little tricky but the front desk person was helpful to coordinate the small parking area.

    We have been staying here for years due to the location. The sapphire Lounge downstairs is also lovely I just wish it was open on Sundays like it used to be. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff are friendly and great and eager to help. Some of the rooms are small but you can see that in the description and pick what you want. We picked the small ones if we're not going to be in there very much.
