Staff they don't no about hospitality. They are always do wrong calculated about the tarriff and accounts. Tv remote only one for all over the hotel. Breakfast they are provide worthless because of it's including with our tarriff. When I asked for update the breakfast they simply denied

Overall stay and staff was good, but felt it was not worth for the deal.

Staff was courteous, beds were good.

Toilets weren't that great, not worth for that money. Also, some confusions on the check-in time; where it was my request to check-in at 8 am and check-out by 3 pm; but the clarity wasn't there as the check-in and check-out time was for 12 noon. Anyways, the staff was courteous to accept it in the end. Also, room size was small, I mean not for the value of money.

Shameful

The room was not as advertised. Not even 90 sq ft as opposed to the advertised 215 sq ft with no desk and congested. When complained they said others are sold out and the owner told me rudely to check out if not liked. I checked out after just 2 hours and the owner went to this extent that I shouldn't even think of any refund.

The rude behavior of staff. Non cooperating.
