    Quaint stay with movie worthy views and paper thin walls
    Beautiful location- views from my room were wonderful. I liked being outside of the old city- easier to get to from the train station, wonderful views, and easy to walk into the medieval part. Also enjoyed the included breakfast. The coffee was amazing and staff really welcoming.
    The building is an old villa. So the walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the rooms next door and the hallways. My neighbors alarm went off for 30 minutes and it was not ideal.

    Nice hotel with a lot go charm. Beautiful antique decoration. Super helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent views on the terrace. Walking distance to the city center. Totally recommendable.
    Their parking place is a bit tight, but sufficient (and the staff is willing to help parking your car).

    We loved staying here and the breakfast was a big bonus!
    The view was stunning especially for sunrise! The breakfast was great and the bus stop into the centre was just outside the hotel so it was really easy access and you can buy bus tickets from the reception.
    Nothing we didnt like, rooms are a bit dated and could open the cupboard to store luggage but other than that it was comfortable and clean and convenient to regular public transport.

    Delightful peaceful stay in a charming Tuscan hotel.
    The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The service was professional, the view was amazing and the building was charming. It felt like a real treat.
    You have to pay to use the parking lot.

    A very pleasant stay , it has a family atmosphere which makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
    Quiet, attractive room. Outside the city walls but only a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main piazza. Very helpful staff. Attractive garden with great views of Tuscan countryside.
    It rained so we couldnt sit in the lovely garden!

    Gorgeous property with great staff and a very nice breakfast!
    The grounds of the property are stunning and the location is perfect, away from the crowds yet near enough to all major attractions and restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the coffee is amazing!
