    Everything as expected, no surprises.
    Great location to visit the shrine, we stayed here for a night , everything was as expected. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we enjoyed the dinner here, I recommend it.

    AC connected to the room was very noisy. The controle system of the air conditioner was not at all working. The temperature level remains un changeable, it was at maximum low level.

    Rooms, Restaurant, walking distance to churches, charges are also very reasonable.
    Pigeons droppings, bath towels needs better washing, may be Vellankani water supply quality problems.

    just a quick change of water taps will do more good as current taps are rust n old and this time i have booked 2 rooms but i got 2 rooms in different floors so it becomes inconvenient so hopefully in my next trip i will get 2 rooms in same floor n near to each other

    I will not suggest the hotel for a stay especially if you are planning to visit the Velankanni church after a sleep. I t
    Absolutely disappointed
    They had very loud drilling and renovation work just outside my window. How am I sure my bathroom is not bugged or safe ? I could not sleep after my 13 hour long journey. I booked 3 rooms, one of which was in upstairs with the floor having broken down rooms , dusty and disturbed. We complained about the same and one of the rooms was replaced but did nothing about the noise outside or workers to be moved from our window side. The workers drilled and picked wooden pieces which they dropped down to the road where they had no caution board or a responsible personnel to ensure traffic safety.

    Apart from restaurant all things made me disappointed. Room service bad. Don't book through booking.com . They charged us more than they mentioned. Reception staff behaviour not good.

    Service and the room space are really good.
    The floor was clean with a chemical which was too sticky. Since it was a night stay, we didn't want to create an issue at that time. No toiletries provided.
