That's the 3rd time I visited this crap hotel, and it will be the last. I normally go to the AKRA HOTEL, the best. I went back because my husband insisted, as the only good thing about it is the location and NOTHING else. From outside, the place looks like a huge hospital. The lobby itself is fine. The corridor to the bedrooms looks like the red light district, as they decided to put red lights all over... very heavy looks. While I was there, I decided to go to the beauty salon, which was a mistake. The hairdresser is very pushy. My hair isn't dry at all, but the hairdresser, of course, trying to sell treatments, told me my hair is very dry. Also, he told me a price in euros, as if they are in the European community (ridiculous). He used his own converter to tell me the price, which wasn't really in euros but in pounds. He thought I didn't notice that how stupid. So honesty isn't really their thing, so watch out. The food from the restaurant isn't the best, so it's better not to book half board as there are plenty of restaurants down the road. If you book through a platform like booking.com or any other, they will charge you for any extras the night before check-out. I paid, but anyway the next morning, you have to go to reception, so they will ask you to wait for 2 minutes while they check your bedroom... well, well, they did and guess what??? They charged me again as I said I paid it the night before... honesty isn't something those people ever learned. Think really well before booking it. That's advice I give you
