Location and the sea view. Rooms are reasonably spacious

They dont have air conditioner facility in the room. We were told its winter and we cant switch in the air conditioners. Im we were asked ti open our windows. Absolutely unacceptable. There is much of noise outside and no privacy. Cant really understand how they could even suggest a solution such as that. The day time was hot and humid and it was a struggle. Pay a fortune and struggle. Its a shame indeed that we pay for a 5 star facility and they cant cater to basic necessities, such as provide a Absolute Shame.

good hotel for a short break

handy for town, good size room, good for airport transfer time, friendly staff (apart from one), variety of breakfast, views

concierge man was miserable, some of the breakfast food was lukewarm, main issue was noisy children running down corridor at 1am and in the foyer and given the rooms overlook the atrium the sound rises. piano recital until 10.30pm ok as long as you dont need an early night, again the sound rises
