    Convenient city centre stay in small hotel
    Well positioned for the major sites of interest. Staff were very helpful and responsive.
    Room smaller than expected from the description. Problem with arranged airport transfer. Contact did not pear as arranged so we had to organise an alternative at the arrival gate. Hotel restaurant was very pricy compared to local restaurants.

    Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice space to relax in after a busy day.
    The location was fantastic, and we liked the restaurant on site - it had few vegetarian options, but the ones it did were nice. Breakfast was great in terms of variety: the selection was fantastic. The staff, in general, were great - welcoming and helpful. That was the highlight of our stay in many ways.
    We have two comments about things that could be worked on: 1) The table staff working breakfast (at least some of them) could do better at setting up the tables etc. There was always something missing on the table and even when it was not busy, it was sometimes difficult to get their attention. It's a minor thing, but it would have made a difference. 2) We had a great, spacious room, but the jacuzzi bath in our room had an issue with the shower - it seemed impossible to use only one of the water heads.

    Great location, great place!
    Great location close to restaurants and shops and only a short 5-10 minute walk to Hagia Sophia in one direction, Grand Bazaar in another and Galata Bridge in another. Hotel is beautifully decorated with a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic - especially at breakfast bringing me delicious gluten free bread and pastries (huge thanks to the lovely chef!) I also had a Turkish Hammam in the spa downstairs and we dined in the adjacent restaurant one evening as well. All great!

    I didnt realised at the time of booking that is just a smaller window in the room, so it was quite dark, but other then that, all good.

    Great Location
    Great hotel with its classy, inexpensive restaurant (Olive) upstairs/elevator, and a nice restaurant for breakfast (extra) in the main lobby that offers free tea, coffee and snacks from 2PM to 4PM. Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, etc. and the tram stop only a few minutes away. Good size rooms with sofa and chair, A comfortable hideout for those rainy days like we ran into (Nov). Staff members were always available and helpful to assist us to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Istanbul again.
