    The hotel itself is just marvellous.
    we were really disappointed with the service as it is worse than in any other hotels, 10 times cheaper either on Zanzibar or in Dar es Salam. No welcoming vibe on check in. no welcoming vibe on checkout. we asked for takeaway breakfast bags as we were departing early but they were not prepared and we had to leave without any food for a long next trip. I really regret spending money on it.

    I'm satisfied with the location, environment, facilities, rooms clean comfortable with big space and amazing balcony with seaviews, swing chair. The most attractive place is waterpark for kids which open only during weekends.

    Upon entering our lovely hotel room, we were greeted by a refreshing scent. Each morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast featuring a new menu daily, and the entire staff displayed exceptional politeness and attentiveness.
    The hotel room door requires additional security; it unexpectedly swung open due to the wind while we were inside, a fact verified by CCTV footage.
