The property was beautiful and even better than I imagined. This was my first time and when checking in we received a free upgrade to the Havana Beach Suite. The site was unexpected and absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were amazing as well as the restaurant. Thank you Michael for your assistance!

Love the coffee bar concept. We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite. Rooms are quiet and the hotel is close to everything!

It was hard to find. They have two locations and we went to the wrong location on the opposite side of town.

Double charged. No refund. shouldve stayed somewhere else.
I was double charged by the property for the stay plus taxes. First by bookings since this was a non-refundable last-minute stay $334. The next day as I check out, I was charged incidentals, parking, and $334 again. my first call attempt to rectify the situation was met with someone with little patience and putting it all on me not understanding how they bill. as a 50-year-old business travelers for over 30 years, this is not my first rodeo. I called again a few days later, they said that they would investigate an issue a credit, but nothing has happened. The property was OK.
