We were from out of town and traveling and decided to stay so we could go shopping

That is was connected to the mall

The value of the room was high fir $500 a night and the coffee pot didnt work or drain water. Our view was rooftop and I have stayed at nicer hotels that were much cheaper.

overall, a dissappointment

Service was awful especially Koon from front desk. Epitome of bad service. I was giving her my mariott membership ID but she dismissed me so I got charged for internet service. when I asked about the credit of my stay on my membership she simply said check out was done so she cant do anything. But other staff were friendly and pleasant like Andres who was very helpful. The last from concierge was also lovely.

Room and Hotel was delightful. City view and high floor did not deliver as advertised.

The suite was comfortable and upscale

Room was advertised as high floor with city view. Suite was on 11th floor midway up, not high floor at all. City view? Consisted of a 20 story (approx) office building dominating the northward field of view from our suite. Open parking lot filled the remaining space.
