    Wow, this place it was so special. Bilal and his family they treated us as part of the family and where always there to help us out and share their culture with us. The food his mom cooked was so healthy and so yummy and the beds where very confortable. We are so extremely grateful and hope we meet again :)

    A quite beautiful houseboat on Dal lake. The location is perfect and the Pala family is incredibly kind and helpful. I felt right at home and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a special place to have a peaceful stay.

    This is my second stay at New Pala Palace, Lastly I visited in 2021. They have renovated the washrooms and bedrooms. The hosts are welcoming and I would recommend this place to everyone.
    -I visited in August, it was too hot inside the rooms. -Would be better if they add television.

    The friendly behavior of staff.
    I booked double delux room but when i saw the room, it didn't looked like double delux or even delux room. Every wall side was broken. It was not expected. I saw the pictures online, it was looking pretty, but in real, it was not even 5% of it. In breakfast, they only had one piece of bread butter and one cup of tea/coffee which is not enough for a person who eats heavy in breakfast. It was cold inside but we managed because there was a heater and also blanket heater which worked little late. It looked like that they made it for once and now its getting old n old but they are not interested in upgrading it. It didn't met my expectations. And also the size of room was very small.

    Great stay to experience the boat house on budget
    I really liked the owner of the property. He was really friendly and wore smile at his face all the times. Since the boat was a bit old, squeaking noise here & there was obvious but it was clean.
    Included breakfast was good, but only if we had choice.
