Superb

The room was huge, bed was super comfortable. Mostly great facilities with bike hire and drop off.

The gym is TINY for the size of the hotel. Really awkward space if theres more than 2 people in there

Great pozition and nice hotel

My partner's jewelry has disappeared!!! We traveled to Las Vegas and found out there, but the staff didn't want to deal with it!!! It costs a nice hotel, good location in LA, in my case - 30,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful about cleaning the room and don't leave anything lying around!!!!!!!!

Room was small and not ready when we checked in despite being late in the day. Other guests were noisy and kept us awake - the hotel staff didnt really care

Great location and modern, comfortable rooms

Slippers, bath robes and water provided. Located walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Didn't use the bicycles or chauffeur but nice to have.

Expensive and doors were noisy as they slammed shut.

Comfortable, luxurious and a real treat.

The team at the Hotel were so helpful and lovely , they gave us an upgrade before we arrived which was a lovely surprise, the room was beautiful, the Penthouse Restaurant is lovely with great views of the city and the ocean. Location is great in central Santa Monica. Parking nearby super easy , great restaurants nearby too.

Valet parking is pricey and there is v good value secure parking close by.
