    Place needs renovation .
    Staff were friendly and main floor dining and breakfast room beautiful and well kept
    Our room was.In B block the hallway when you got off at 2nd floor was all mouldy and need of painting as our kids said the hallway looks scary the room was shabby and in need of paint and repair, the bathtub moved when had a shower and base appeared to leak at outside edge. This place is need of renovation . We booked two rooms and we found one key could open both rooms. Two safes in both rooms didnt work.

    Comfortable and Relaxing place to stay.
    Great hotel- walking distance to night time walking streets- quick taxi to Hue Imperial Palace- Super comfortable, good swimming pool and a wonderful breakfast. Staff were helpful and courteous.

    A very happy wedding anniversary vacation
    We loved that the property faced the river and it was central to a walking area with lots of restaurants and little shops. As it was our wedding anniversary, the hotel generously upgraded our room to a larger one with a huge bathtub. From the door staff to the reception desk, our needs were promptly responded to and taken care of.
    Its rainy season jn October, and we definitely saw the river rising very rapidly and it hampered our touring options (not the propertys fault!) they were happy to provide large umbrellas for us.

    Hue is a must city to visit when in Vietnam. The history of the area and the city nightlife is very good.
    Have stayed at this property several times in the past we keep going back because its very good value for money and the staff are always lovely.
    The equipment in the exercise gym was very rundown but not in good working order. The bar area is not well used by most guests and is therefore lacking atmosphere at a selection of drinks. The Caesar salad is not a Caesar salad.

    The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed some welcome fruits. We also enjoyed the dinner at the Royal restaurant where the wait staff kindly welcomed us. The breakfast has a variety of Vietnamese food especially from Hue.
    Compared to other cities in Vietnam, the price range felt a bit higher but we totally liked our stay at this hotel!
