    Our son was not well when we reached the hotel. The way we were taken care by the entire hotel staff was heart warming and we as parents really appreciate the kind gesture from the bottom of our heart.

    Rajesh, the front office manager, was a font of knowledge and offered invaluable assistance in helping with our every need - including making bookings & recommendations for lunch/dinner in other cities to make Christmas and New Year's Eve in India extra special! Akash, the food & drinks manager, was also very helpful and kind, with excellent attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay extraordinary!

    Great property.
    I had booked twin room. The weirdest room ever: the beds had wheels. So kept moving. My mum is disabled & she was using a zimmer frame: she nearly fell. I had to call to change the room which they did promptly. The king bedroom was really nice.
