The staff are so nice specially the ladies at Essence very accomodating. The reception is very helpful. The housekeeping staff, good job! I recommend Dravya Spa for the wonderful service. Sky grill has very nice food, the waiter really know how to recommend.
The pool was currently under maintenance.

The rooms were small and overall unsatisfactory. The reception staff were particularly boorish.
Check in starts only at 1500 hrs. For ealy check by three we were asked to pay 4000 rupees .ore... The swimming pool was dry.

Some staff indeed provided exceptional service like Aman and Divya from the front desk were always happy to help.
There was no warm water for one entire day which to me, is quite strange as how come such a renowned hotel offers such an experience and no one from the back office team even apologized despite us checking on warm water status. Also there were many small details where this hotel failed to leave a good guest experience. Also during my stay at the hotel I overheard another guest having a bad experience during her stay at the same hotel.So I would suggest if you could be more attentive towards guest requests.
