The hotel is very sustainable and only provides resuable water bottles that you fill up in the hallway, no one time use plastic. I suppose this only works if people actually keep their water bottles, otherwise it generates even more trash. Our room was very spacious and had an extremely large living room space. This hotel location is perfect for shopping on the main street, but a little further from the beach.
No direct access to the beach.

Lea from housekeeping was very good. All staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy. Big bathroom. Location is excellent
The gate on mirror light was a little dim. Mightve needed bulb change.

The location is perfect. So central to everything you need in Waikiki. The hotel is efficient, really modern and clean. The staff are great. The things that make this place are also the little things like free, unlimited beach towels, free beach umbrellas and chairs too. Even free sunscreen. The rooms are renovated and very spacious. The TV is big and lets you cast to it easily. The gym is really good there too being 24 hours, with towels and disinfectant to wipe down and also a peloton bike.
Nothing. There are really minor things like there not being a restaurant or a bar (it was closed when we were there) but you don't need these as you can just go and explore outside. If you want a resort then don't head here because it's not on the beach (but who cares about Waikiki beach anyway) and it only has a little dip pool (but again who cares - go out and explore all the beaches)
