Staff do not know what they are doing, embarrassing customer who have paid in full that they were still owing money. Delay my family at hotel even call security what an embarrassment after I have paid in full.She made us missed our flight what an incompetent staff on duty last Sunday midnight.

Peach bowl weekend

Location and staff were excellent.

The breakfast should start at 7am as this was the Peach Bowl weekend and the parade started at 8. Not enough coffee and food for that amount of food for all waiting to eat. Garbage overflowing.

I wont be staying at this hotel again.

Close to everything, within walking distance to the park and exhibits.

The sheet was dirty, no soap in the shower dispenser, bathroom door had no lock, bathroom sink was clogged, and tv didnt work well. Had to stand in front of tv to change channels.

The staff went above and beyond very helpful with locating restaurants to accommodate allergies with our group.
