Great place to stay with family. Rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly.
The room layout was great. The size of the rooms and the amenities included were great.....frig, microwave, sink, cooktop.
I tried to order three Shirley Temples ( for our kids) at the bar which they could not make. As I continued to down a list of non-alcoholic drinks I got no's on all of them. My wife had a margarita which was horrible. I don't know how you can mess up a margarita but the bartender succeeded.

Tucked away from the crowds and people. There are some office type buildings and other hotels around but that is it as of the date of our stay. Its short Uber ride to downtown, Opryland or the Opry Mills. The staff was friendly, the building was clean, we felt welcome and cared for during our stay.
The only thing that would have made it better is a hot tub.

Room 405 had issues with the water pressure. While me and my mom were taking a shower the water pressure went out but came back like 5 mins later. Not sure what was going on but I didnt experience this on my last stay back in September

We were impressed and would stay there again!
I loved the room size and thought it was a great value for a bigger family of 6! The pool and gym were very nice. The breakfast area and options were a great addition. Having a bar/grill right now site was nice. We also liked the little market with drinks and snacks. Having a kitchen in the room was also a great perk.
The only small complaint was that the couch bed was very thin mattress and my kids said they could feel the springs.

The breakfast was ok. More meat options would've been nice.
People doing drugs by the outdoor firepit. The kids and I wanted to go sit by it since it was a cold night out. We decided not to since there were people smoking pot out there. Really sucked that we couldn't enjoy that nice amenity,.
