Not worth the money
Room next to me played loud music most of the night had to call down to the desk twice and one of the staff members had to literally come into my room to believe me. The bass was rattling the walls. The floor I was on had construction going on. Just not worth what I paid. Had to pay an extra $36 for parking in THEIR garage. Ridiculous.

Yall need more luggage carts! During check in and check out I was unable to utilize a luggage cart. Thats tough with a family of 4 with 2 small kids. I had to make 5 trips to the car. Id suggest 5 more carts at least!

Gentleman at the desk was working alone was on his personal phone taking a personal call and snapped nor helped with the luggage...HIS SERVICE WAS POOR!
On the fourth night. there was no water in the building - the fire engine had to assist with a leak ..the 5th day was without water to bathe...

It was horrible
They had a water issue on all floors so they had blowers going all day. The blowers were in the path of travel on the floor causing a dangerous issue for walking. Because of the blowers it was noising all night making it had to sleep.

The fact that the hotel was located only 7 minutes from downtown and close to local establishment called The Row.
The fact that service on Christmas Day was very disappointing they closed the kitchen because no one wanted to cook. And then they opened it but didnt want people to be ordering a lot to eat. The person attending that night was rude and didnt seem to want to do anything. I was not the only guest not satisfied that night many of us were upset of the comments made.

Big room, but too expensive for the entire experience.
The room was nice.
Parking was not included, and there is no where else to park so you have to pay overnight parking with them.
