The Hyatt Place Bayamon offers plenty of parking for guests and a voucher to avoid parking fees. The rooms are spacious, overlooking local shops, and the casino is great. The buffet-style breakfast o (Read More)ffers a variety of options. The front desk staff, particularly David, is helpful and highly recommended. The hotel has nice rooms, a good location with a casino and restaurant nearby. It is located outside of San Juan, which can be a plus for those wanting a quieter stay. The room was pleasant, with a comfortable king bed and all necessary amenities. The gym is good for a workout, and breakfast was enjoyable.

Pleasant

Our booking was canceled due to a miscommunication the hotel and booking agency. The location refused to reinstate the booking once we arrived. We had to pay to find another place to allow our children to sleep after being stranded in the airport for hours. We had to set up another booking the next day, paying more than the original booking, and receiving smaller accommodations to continue our trip.

Excellent facilities, customer service and food.

Excelent breakfast but I will recomend to give more time. Actually the hours are from 6:30 to 9am, but clients on vacation sleep more time and at least it should be until 10:30am.

As I said, more time for breakfast.

My stay was somewhat pleasant with a few exceptions.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was very convenient. The hotel lobby and rooms are clean and attractive. The staff was very friendly and polite and I was able to meet nice people.

My major complaint is the bed and the pillows. The mattress and the pillows were hard, I felt like I slept on top of a rock. The pillows didnt smell good either.

Overall, it was a good stay

We liked how wonderful the staff was, and how clean the hotel was. Also the Casino right next to it.

We wish it had a hot tub or jacuzzi.
