Our stay was very nice. They even provide a great breakfast

The property was spotless. The room was great and spacious. The location is great for ppl taking a cruise. Dont need a car. Close to great restaurants and lots of stores to shop. They even provide a shuttle service to the ports for a small fee.

Convenient, clean and great value for money!

Location is close to everything, and the room was spacious, clean and smelt very nice. Had free 24/7 shuttles to the airport as well.

Good if your room faces I-95, likely better if you don't.

There was a room ready when I arrived @ 8:15pm. The room was large, well appointed and clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. The breakfast selection was decent.

Long check in time. The desk clerk didn't smile. Another desk clerk came up to the front about 10 minutes into my wait. She continued to help the existing customer (no smile, no awknowledgement to me by her or the original clerk that it will be a few minutes, etc.). The original clerk went over to another computer and continued to ignore me. I interupted his computer work and he said a few more minutes. Finally, the clerk that arrived later helped me. The room faced I-95 so it was very noisy so I ran the fan all night which helped temper the noise. The next morning, no smiles from the front desk clerk or the breakfast attendant. Stayed at Corporate Drive location in White Plains, NY for Thanksgiving and the holiday weekend, lots of smiles and felt like I was welcomed guest.
