    Location and warm indoor pool
    Customer service was very poor, felt like an inconvenience to all employees from front desk to breakfast service people. Maid entered room at 730 without a knock, while me and my family were sleeping.

    Experience is worth half the asking price for this hotel.
    Poor customer service and average rooms. Drinks at the bar were rather basic and bland.
    Never had towels in the room, no parking for guests. Staff was inattentive and seemed bothered when asked a question. My last stay.

    Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. Attentive staff at all times was surprising. Soundproofing of the property was greatnever heard the elevator or other guests.

    Great location writing walking distance with great staff.
    The staff was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! I was not expecting that at all. I only wish you offer hot teas as well.

    Valet parker was professional. He worked in the evenings. Tall slender black Male.
    December 24, the young lady secured breakfast 5 minutes early and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for paper plates.
