    Overall, I had a pretty good experience.
    The location and the size of the room. The gym was great as well.
    I took a cold shower on the Thursdar morning that I was there. I had to ask to be moved to another room to shower, the Friday morning before I left. The water heater for this place most likely needs to be replaced. Even when I moved to the next room, the water was somewhat warm but not warm enough.

    The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, the batteries needed to be changed. It's taken me over a week to get an invoice. I still haven't received it. I keep getting the run around from Hyatt. Hyatt says booking has it, booking says Hyatt. My debit card says Hyatt, because I paid at the property. I'm about to lose out on my reimbursement for work for this hotel because I can't get a receipt.
    Honestly, i'm not picky. If I could get a receipt I'd be fine. But the fact that I've called twice, to be told to call back at a certain time (which i did) to be told they can't get me a receipt and referred to booking. Booking refers me to hyatt is just the dumbest thing. I should fight the charge on my bank card since I can't get a receipt.

    The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh. It had a larger variety than other hotels I had stayed at.
    I had booked a king suite, there were spill stains on the couch, and some of the shelving hadn't been dusted in some time.

    One night in Nashville this property was OK
    The size of the room was nice.
    The parking lot was over-flowing and no alternative to park other than crossing a street. The price was a buit high for what this property was.

    The hotel was perfect for the price. I would stay here again for the price.
    We stayed in a non smoking room. However, the stench of marijuana in our hallway and room was strong. Wish this was controlled better by hotel.
