    Comfortable airport hotel I will return to.
    Comfortable room with nice sofa in front of t.v. and great bed. Plenty of space and complimentary breakfast in the morning.
    On a rainy night, it was hard to find the hotel.

    Mediocre at best
    The hotel is located close to San Jose Airport and ok for a one night stay over. The layout of the room was good. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok.
    I arrived late in the evening and tried to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel (via phone, hotel website and booking.com). It was impossible. The hotel staff I encountered at the front desk were unfriendly and it almost seemed guests were a nuisance. The room had not water in the minibar. Note that the hotel holds a security deposit that they hold up to 1 week (!) after checkout. Overall, I wouldnt stay again even if it was better value for money.

    Bed was not very soft like most hotels. It was just right.
    There were a couple of broken things in the room, but overall, it didn't really affect my stay.

    Nice clean room. Everything was well organized and kept. The AC worked perfectly.
    Someone left perfume smell on sofa, which I didn't like, but this is not hotel's fault.

    We had a large room two beds and a sofa bed one of the beds was really worn out and the sofa bed was a pad on metal fram
    The location was really close to our trip plans
    The mini fridge didnt work and shower pressure was too low
